Synopsis

Orphan Himari Momochi's only link to her late parents is the house they secretly bequeathed her, which she does not learn of until her 16th birthday. Thrilled by the opportunity to know more about her family, Himari arrives at the rumored haunted house and is bewildered to find three young men already living there: Aoi Nanamori, who identifies himself as the guardian of the place, and his two familiars, Yukari and Ise. Although they allow her to stay overnight, they warn her to leave the next day so she can avoid harm from ayakashi—wandering spirits that sometimes attack human beings.

Surprisingly, Himari is unaffected by her spectral encounters and determined to move in to the residence. After she discovers that Aoi had become guardian unwittingly and is now confined to the property, forgotten by the outside world, her resolve only grows stronger. Touched by his story, Himari decides to find a way to free Aoi from his dim fate, and she convinces the three Momochi House protectors to accept her as their landlady. However, the mysterious Kasha who keeps sending hostile ayakashi to Himari's new home seems to have darker plans for Aoi's future.

I rarely write review, but I think this anime deserves higher score. Besides of it's cliché romance plot, it has plot twist and made me curious about what will happen in the next episode.
Aoi isn't your typical tsundere-who-always-yelling-without-reason like other male lead, he's a really sweet boy. You may find his personality feels weird, but it's normal, because he's knowledge is like a 10 years old. That's why he act so sweet like a baby boy.
And also, you may complain about Himari's personality, but don't forget the fact that she's just an ordinary human without power. She won't easily crying, don't worry about her.

Mixed Feelings

I was unsure about starting this Anime but to be honest it wasn't terrible. However, I wouldn't say it was great either. It was good for what it is.
Me personally, I think this is kind of a knock off version of fruits Baskets.
So, if you liked fruits basket then you might like this anime.It has a decent build up, not much character development. it does give a good amount of the characters background which is always a nice insight. I feel like it could have been better or at least better written. I feel like the ending was rushed and very predictable.

A train wreck. There are some redeeming elements though. The character design can be pretting interesting at times, and the premise, although somewhat derivative, could lead to a good story. However, that is where anything good ends. The action scenes are occasionally almost semi-decent, but then we follow that up with cg characters and backgrounds. The character detail ranges from average to poor with limbs seeming to be difficult for them. That and figuring out how to make characters look like they weren't copied and pasted into the scene. The characters don't really develope overtime they just spontaneously do so. They really are not ...
